About Colette

All Finance Tax Ltd was founded in 2003 by Colette Cassidy.

Colette earned a 2.1 honours degree in Commerce from University College Cork in 1992. She became a Chartered Management Accountant in 1994 and later qualified as a Tax Consultant member of the Irish Tax Institute in 2002. Between 1992 and 2003, Colette worked with both Irish and U.S. multinationals, including well-known companies such as Kerry Group, Quantum, Apple, and finally Microsoft.

In her last role at Microsoft, Colette led the Financial Shared Services Project in Dublin, managing €2.6 billion worth of annual revenue across Microsoft companies in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region. This role allowed her to refine her expertise in Tax Treaties and the taxation of entities and individuals under Capital Gains, Income, and Inheritance Tax across multiple jurisdictions. As the former administrator of Microsoft’s Employee Share Scheme, Colette was one of the first tax experts with the knowledge to help multinational employees meet their tax obligations on share income.

Since founding All Finance Tax Ltd in 2003, Colette has applied her extensive international and local tax experience to assist individuals and SME owners in minimizing their tax obligations, whether in Capital Gains, Income, Inheritance, or Gift Tax.
